Here's how to get started:

  1. Be ready with your account number and the last four digits of the primary account holder's Social Security Number. (During the call, you will use the last four digits of that SSN as your Personal Identification Number (PIN). You may change your PIN by following the prompts.)
  2. Dial (515) 224-8395.
  3. After the greeting, enter your bank location code, which is "5".
  4. You will then be given a list of options to begin banking!
