    Erik joined United Bank & Trust in 2017. He is a graduate of Iowa State University with a B.S. in Finance and is a graduate of Cannon Trust School. Prior to joining United Bank & Trust, he worked for Edward Jones Investments as a Financial Advisor. Erik is involved with Junior Achievement, the Keystone Fund and is a graduate of the Iowa Valley Leadership Class. He also serves as Treasurer on the 13th Street District board and is a board member of Child Abuse Prevention Services. Erik resides in Marshalltown with his wife and three children.
  • Robert Thomas  Robert ThomasPresident and Trust Officer
    Thomas’s banking career spans over 38 years, all in the Marshalltown community. Active in the community, Thomas currently serves as a Rotary board member, and is involved with Child Abuse Prevention Services, Marshall County Compensation board, and East Marshall Schools Vocational Advisory committee.  He is the past President of the United Way board. Robert and his wife reside in Marshall County.
